I Just Want To Talk is a (mostly) beauty letter where, you guessed it, I just want to talk about all of the things I’m doing. And also all of the stuff.
What kinds of things?
Stories and shoots I’m working on
Events I’m attending
Treatments I’m trying
Places I’m going
My thoughts
Also my opinions
What kinds of stuff?
Products I’m loving
Products I actually bought
Packages coming through my door
Random tidbits I heard
I also speak with people about the things they’re doing—and also their stuff—because in true Gemini fashion, I really do love to talk.
Subscribe, if you wanna
Free subscribers receive at least two public posts a month spotlighting someone—or some people—I think you should know and their POV on beauty. Also, my undying love.
Paid subscribers receive all free subscriber benefits, access to the full IJWTT archive, and a long weekly letter with my current obsessions, BTS content, and more. What is “more,” you ask? Guess you’ll have to find out…
How much does it cost?
$8 a month (that’s less than a specialty coffee in NYC) or $75 a year (that’s $21 in savings you can put toward a movie ticket).
Wait… Who are you?
Oh, right. Hi! I’m Daise Bedolla, a NYC-based consultant, producer, and beauty editor at Into The Gloss. I started my career at Vogue as an editorial producer before handing in my key card for, well, another key card at New York magazine, where I ran social and wrote about beauty for The Cut. I worked for Instagram and Harper’s Bazaar, too, before landing at ITG, where I write, interview, and produce features like The Top Shelf, Top Shelf After Dark, and The Face. You can find more of my writing on Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Violet Grey, and other leading publications.
While you’re here (and because it’s weird to put it on a résumé), I’d like to tell you that I was Daily Mail-ed after Sarah Jessica Parker responded to my Instagram comment about Carrie Bradshaw. Oh, and I have a really good story about meeting Rihanna at the 2017 Met Gala—but you’ll have to ask me about that in person.
Why are you doing this again?
May I point you here?
And if you wanna find me elsewhere… You can follow me on Instagram @daisebedolla. You can also find some of my favorite things and stuff here. Or if you want to work with me—or if you want to send me a love letter—you can email me at daisebedolla@gmail.com.
