Emily in Paris? How about Aly in London…
I’m always curious about how other people move through the world—what fills their calendars, what they do when they’re in between things, and how they take care of themselves along the way. In Pretty Busy, I ask them to walk me through a couple of days in their life, hour by hour. The goal: to see what it really looks like to juggle work, beauty, and everything in between.

Although I’ve been known to carry as many as 12 lip products in my purse—oops—I’m not thoroughly impressed by most of them. At the end of the day, a lot are indistinguishable from each other. But when I tried Anfisa Skin’s ân-gloss, it instantly earned a spot in my rotation. It’s packed with ceramides and leaves my lips bouncy and soft—and I love that I can swipe on a light layer for a balm effect or build it up for a glossier look. (I’m equally obsessed with the Berry Crumble tint.) It’s no surprise then that Aly Korchemniy, Anfisa’s founder and creative director, is just as lovely as her ân-gloss: incredibly thoughtful, smart, and wow, does the girl have taste.

In late April, Aly celebrated her husband’s birthday in London. Below, she shares a look at how she spent six days abroad—which also happened to be her first time in the city. Keep reading for facials and blowouts so good she’s already looking for excuses to go back, vintage Hermès, and must-visit restaurants.
