MY Queen of England!!

As much as I advocate for transparency in beauty, sometimes you just have to gatekeep. Let me explain: I truly believe there’s enough for everyone to go around—except, of course, when there isn’t. We’ve (probably) all felt that pang of disappointment when a very popular TikTok creator shares your favorite hole-in-the-wall restaurant—one where you used to be able to walk straight in but now you’re waiting hours… or not getting in at all. Now imagine that, but it’s your colorist. Suddenly they’re booked out for weeks and you’re stuck with grown-out roots. The horror!

I’ve wanted Daniela Morosini to throw open her little black beauty book for a while . Daniela covers beauty for The Business of Fashion. She’s also my best friend—and up until a week ago, she lived in London. That’s fantastic news for me (she used to live 3,470 miles away and now we’re just a mile apart), but also great news for you, because she can finally share where to get the best color, injectables, manicures, and more without worrying she’ll never get back into their books.

“I’m very picky about every kind of beauty treatment,” says Daniela. “My dislikes list is long, I have a lot of turn-offs, and I’m very precise about what I want. Beauty treatments are services—you should not only feel great about the results, but also feel comfortable, happy, and relaxed during the service.”

Below, your essential guide to beauty—and eating and drinking—in London, from a persistent and exacting customer and beauty editor.
